A PROPER Wings of Honneamise Soundtrack?

Hello. For years and years I've periodically checked for the Wings of Honneamise OST, but the only one that I ever found apparently includes a lot of audio tracks from the film -- i.e., not music-only tracks but audio recordings of the scenes in which each piece of music was featured. Have they ever issued a proper soundtrack album which is music only?
