The official name seems to be "Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness". No smileys, jost X and D. If I remember right, it stands for "Extra Dark", but that doesn't matter.

Why thank you for the link. Plus, the XD stands for Extra Dimension. It says that on the back of the box.
