Inuyasha The Final Act where is it?

Is Inuyasha The Final Act uploaded yet? Just wondering because I had watched episode 3 from youtube but I don't see it uploaded yet. And is there any update for the website because the date is still October 29th, 2009 although is already 1st of November 2009. I will appreciate if someone can give me answers. Thanks
