Casshern Sins Episode Mix-Up

Heya, just realized that the uploaded Casshern Sins Episode 13 (The Past Will Rise Before You) is in fact just Episode 12 (Making Time Into Living Color). I've REALLY been digging this particular Franchise Reboot series, so any help in the matter would be GREATLY appreciated!

Note: I've been trying to download it again, in case the issue has been fixed, but I keep getting the "500 Internal Server Error" repeatedly. Getting rather annoying... oh, wait there it goes.

Note 2: Yup, just tried it, still Episode 12... On a side note, there's TWO Episode 24's?
