Help this isn't right.

Ok so i donated to the site and followed everything properly but its kinda messed up, paypal says it took the money from my account n sent it, but my account isn't missing anything and so now it gets weirder coz according the site i have payed to, but i still only get the 3 a day limit, i understand its coz i haven't technically paid yet (which i should have even according to paypal) but the site stills says i have a paid subscribtion whats the deal? I mean what should i do?

I've had the same experience and after paying it takes about 3 days, usually on a Monday, to get the updates in the the system... I'm just a user, but it also happened both times I renewed my donation... and the rates were in effect shortly after I sent the web "contact us" person a quick request for help. Good luck. Enjoy. It's showing that you are a subscribed anime member now. So it should work. When you go to the anime's page, log off and then log back on just to be on the safe side.

Ummm, ok so its still not working I have logged off n back on at the anime screen and nothing, closed the window and loggd back in and nothing. I am dieing without my anime

This is very wierd, my donation has definately gone through now but I am still not getting the bonus features i'm meant to, please help.
