What u do if u can't fall asleep?

Usually I play videogames until I get too tired to concentrate on what I'm doing. xp

I'm actually really scared of not falling asleep, so I usually stay up until I drop off. :S

if i cant sleep, maybe listening to music and go online

If i can't sleep, just watch some tv show, or maybe anime, usually i sleep around the first half of the episode
