There are many things that I do when under stress or pressure. I'll take a short break and go get a cup of coffee and smoke a cigarette, find a quiet spot and meditate for 15 minutes, go outside and sit in the grass and look up at the sky while clearing my mind, listen to music, watch a little anime. There's so many different ways that I relieve it. I guess it's all according to what stress or pressure that I'm under is the way that I alleviate it.
