This is actually a good movie, but I decided to interpret the question differently: Dumb and Dumber.
Answering the question as it is answered by most people: various Eddie Murphy movies.

Stupid? or just stupidly awesome?
I would probably have to say that "Girls Rebel Force of Competitive Swimmers" was probably both the worst and the most amazing movie I have ever seen. Never before has a movie both sucked so bad that it made me laugh but also make me laugh because of the horrible acting, confusing pointless story, and actual jokes... it was the greatest piece of crap ever to grace my eyes.
Sure, it may be under the category of almost soft-core porn because of a few sex scenes but it is still worth the watch if you like anything involving Zombies, Highschool girls, Swimsuits, Comedy, Action, Violence, Japan, or anything else along those lines.

The worst movie i ever saw was Freddy Got Fingered.
I think that movie is made for people who are very stupid and are retards.
You have to be very stupid to like it.

Napoleon Dynamite. It wasn't funny at all, it was the most unfunny excuse for humor I've ever seen in my life. I want my 95 minutes back.

There's been many. Wow, it's a tough one anyway. The last movie I completed, and got up feeling like my life had been wasted upon it, was "A History of Violence". I just did not like that movie at all. Since then there's been "Crank" and "Shoot 'Em Up", only this time I managed to change the channel in time. Oh and let's add "Wicker Park" to it too, why not?
