Well for me the Love Hina and Chibi Vampire manga was awesome and the best love storyline in my eyes, but anime...... Hmmmmmm........ Sailor Moon, at least in it's later episodes...

I think the most romantic animes are Fushigi Yuugi, Marmalade Boy, Daa! Daa! Daa!, Itazura na Kiss, Lovely Complex, and Hana Yori Dango.

Eureka Seven I would say be my top, I haven't seen most of the other mentioned, I could also say Inuyasha. There are 1 or 2 others but I'm not going to mention them ^.^

I've already read the manga 'till end..
you have to read it for sure..
the story line is so damn great..
