I never liked Bleach, though I've never given it much of a chance.
And I hated Naruto from the get-go. Though funnily enough, it's a haven of good voice actors, voice-acting badly.

I really can't think of any anime that I don't like because if I don't like it, I don't watch it. Generally I don't watch anime to begin with unless someone who knows me and my tastes suggests something to me.
However, there are a few series that I love but at some point turned sour or did something to urk me.
LOTS OF SPOILERS AHEAD. NOT EVEN BOTHERING TO USE SPOILER TAGS. READ AT YOUR OWN RISK!! I'll highlight the series names in red so you know whether you want to read a paragraph or not.
Death Note. Anime, manga, I don't care. L dying was the worst possible thing for the storyline as far as I'm concerned. It isn't even an L fangirl thing. It's the fact that L and Light were rivals. They were pretty much equals. It was thrilling to see them going back and forth and see what would happen. Near and Mello were not enough to compensate for L's loss and I felt the series kinda puttered out after L's demise.
Azumanga Daioh. A lot of people give me all sorts of excuses, ranging from "it's a cult thing" to "you don't understand the subtly of the funny." Yeah, whatever. It has its funny moments here and there, but overall it's a pretty dull schools-days anime. I couldn't hook myself into it long enough to really watch it long.
Bleach. I loved Bleach in the beginning. As far as I'm concerned, the "Save Rukia" arc was its crowning glory. ...then the Bount/Bound/Bounto arc started and I wept. I'm a big manga person first and foremost, so my thoughts were "who the fuck are these people!?" Then when they finally got back to the manga plot (another "Save ___" arc... how original), THE CHARACTERS FROM THE PREVIOUS ARC WERE STILL THERE!! I mean, geez. It's one thing to introduce annoying-ass characters in a filler arc, but to continue to weasel them in during the actual plot? UGH. Bleach lost my love as an anime right then and honestly the current arc is dragging on so much in the manga that I'm about ready to split my head open.
Naruto. For all intents and purposes, you can call me a Narutard. Granted, I don't run around screaming "I'm a ninja, I'm a ninja!" and generally acting like a noob on pixistix, but most anti-Naruto people seem to want to call anyone who has the slightest liking for Naruto a Narutard, so what the hell. ANYWAY, this series goes much the way of Bleach for me. Started out strong. I mean, even the "go collect Sasuke" arc still felt strong to me, especially their battle in that valley. But then... dear god... A YEAR OF FILLER!! Seriously guys? Really? I mean, I was looking forward to something like the Kakashi Gaiden and then the three year jump... instead we have Naruto making ramen with his rasengan!!! GEEZ! Talk about misuse. Granted, I understand that usually filler is thrown into a series based off a manga when they're catching up to the manga too much and need to slow it down, but RAMEN!? With the RASENGAN!? There are many better filler arcs they could have made that didn't involve crap like that. Skipping the Kakashi Gaiden I could also forgive to an extent. But then Shippuuden is ALSO having filler scattered in it! I gave up on the anime because they just can't be consistently on or off the filler. Even the manga is feeling like it's dragging now, too. Bleach and Naruto have just gone on for too long. They're trying to jump on the cash cow and now they're breaking its spine. For the love of god, Tite and Kishimoto, the cow has no milk left! You've drained it dry! Finish your respective series before we all strangle you!
Inuyasha. Where do I begin with this? Do I start with the huge-ass amounts of filler? Or maybe the fact that the series itself has no actual end. They said the end of the series would be done as a movie but so far I haven't seen it made. The MANGA has an ending. But the anime sputtered out like crap. Note to anime licensors: Wrap up your anime BEFORE your tire out your audience and lose your funding! Dumbasses. I love the series itself but... goddamn, there's only so much you can take.
Rurouni Kenshin. My only real beef with this is that the Enishi arc was done in the final OVA and only done half-assed. It was so much more amazing in the manga. Okay, I lied, I have one more beef, and that's that they just let the series (like so many) sputter out and die. They tried to drag it on with useless filler, their budget went down the toilet, and they were forced to just... end it. Abruptly. I mean, really? We're supposed to just swallow that? The manga had a much more satisfying conclusion.
I could continue on, but there are just so many anime I could go on about like this that I'd take up far too much room. I'm sure you all are tired of listening to my ranting as it is and I'm sure a lot of you may disagree with my point of view (because "Zomg!! Naruto iz teh best anime evar, so stfu u noob, lulz"). However, I stand by my opinions. *shrugs*

^^ agree with koru-chan completely.
one i don't understand is queen's blade. so many raging fans, but the entire series is completely based on fan-service. i could barely sit through the first ep.

Hey, man. You gotta give it time. You gotta be patient. It's gotta build. I didn't like it until about... I'd say episode 6 or so. I used to focking HATE Tomo. Now, she is awesome. Yeah, it's a semi-dull school-days anime. But that's what makes it not dull at all. It's not trying to be anything but that, and puts all the effort into making the characters likable if you just stick with it. Character development is never a bad thing.
What the secret is, is it's just there. It's not going anywhere, don't expect it to. That's why it's the best slice-of-life thing EVER made, along with Yotsuba!&
Don't bash Azumanga Daioh.

Naruto - Sasuke alone almost made me quit watching after the first couple of episodes. But I gritted my teeth and bared through it (skipping episodes when needed or if i just didn't care. ) However when I overheard some people talking about the "sasuke retrieval arc" I just couldn't take it anymore. Why the hell am I supposed to care about a character that spreads negativity every time he opens his mouth. And why the hell is everyone so determined to keep him around when he treats them all like shit. If the rest of the Uchihas are anything like sasuke is then i can understand why they were all killed off :P
