My parents... well, I grew up watching it, so they never really had much of a problem. Never really cared. XD

its not the anime that really bothers them, since they think im just watching american cartoons. its the manga. i hate it SOOOO MUCH wen im peacefully reading manga on my bed, and my dad walks past my room, takes a peek inside, and says, "oh ur reading that GARBAGE again? thats all u ever read: garbage, garbage, and GARBAGE!!! its all just pictures, no words. u dont learn anything." i mean, of all the words in the english language, does he really hav 2 use the word "garbage?" he makes it sound like im reading porn or sumthing.... as 4 my mom, she doesnt mind at all, she knows that i need books 2 read 4 fun sumtimes. afterall, im just a kid.

I've actually managed to turn my dad on to Ninja Scroll. He likes the idea of a guy being able to solve all his problems by cutting something.

My Dad watched DBZ with me when it was Cartoon Network. We also watched Yu Gi Oh.

My parents are okay with me watching anime since I was 13. They never really liked it and I think, my Mom thinks the "over-sexualization" of girls in anime is odd. Though, they respect that I like anime and they think it's good that I also draw anime-styled pictures.

I believe they have that idea that anime (and all things animated except hentai) are aimed at kids. They don't really care, though.

Either way, they're probably not aware of the amounts I watch. I try to watch it in the early morning (from 2AM to 6AM) so no one bothers me and I bother no one.
