I try to find out the cause of what is stressing me.
Then eliminate it and *poof* Stress begone!!!

If its some person, I stress them out. (got my own ways to do this )

In the end, if its a condition where I can't help it no matter what, I just think about something else. Gets my mind off it for sometime and ponder on that stressful thought later, with a cleared mind.
